Inside this 30 minute Zoom call, you and Lissie will chat through your personal journey living with diabetes, what's not currently working and how our framework can support you. Here Lissie will pinpoint focus areas & action points to prioritize over the next three months.

On this call we will also discuss your 90-day and long-term goals relating to your blood sugar management, mindset and overall life and how we can support you in getting there with intentional strategy and sustainable action.
You will only be invited into BTA1C if we are absolutely sure we will be able to support you and your goals. If you are invited in and it is a "heck yes" from you, we will get you onboarded! To make sure all of our members feel fully supported, we currently onboard three members each month. Depending on the capacity, you will be on-boarded for the next available start date and access all of your bonuses to make progress before we start!
On this kick-off call we'll dive deep into your current daily management, behaviors and decision-making patterns and bridge the gap between your goals, so you have an exact step by step breakdown of each focus area every single week.
