HI! I AM LISSIE!
For the longest time, I believed the overgeneralized advice that the internet told me. I either had to anticipate the highs or anticipate the lows - there was no in between. Each workout was hours of preparing myself mentally to feel defeated. I felt like I couldn't get stronger, move my body in a way that fely good for me, or feel confident going into my workouts.
