Meet Lissie, an Integrative Diabetes Health Coach, blood sugar strategist, and creator of the Needles and Spoons Health & Wellness Coaching Experiences. Lissie helps overwhelmed Type One Diabetics gain more predictability in their blood sugars so they can finally take their plans off hold. From Taking her own A1C from a 7.1 to a consistent 5.7 and bringing her Ulcerative Colitis into remission, Lissie brings step-by-step holistic health strategies to the T1D community. Lissie's signature 360 degree approach to coaching creates a proactive space in taking you from confused to confident in your blood sugar management. Her clients love Lissie for her relatable approach to coaching and her unshakable commitment to helping T1D's do more while worrying less.

Jessica is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with a master of science degree in clinical nutrition from The Florida State University. Jessica has 9 years experience working in the field of clinical nutrition & diabetes. Jessica works with people with diabetes, thyroid disease, PCOS, kidney disease, food allergies and heart disease. Jessica has a passion for making healthy, easy recipes for her clients, helping with meal planning and empowering her clients to become educated on their disease and take control of it!

Meet Jenna, the ultimate organizer, personal trainer, and T1D. Although Jenna works mostly on behind the scenes projects, we could not keep this train moving without her hard work and dedication to the diabetes community!
Keeping it 100 is a 60 day program. Inside the experience you'll have 8 weekly group mastermind calls, bi-weekly 1:1 strategy sessions, and weekly group data assessment calls.
Keeping it 100 is the only coaching experience available giving you access to a full support network (Integrative Health Coach, A Registered Dietitian/Certified Diabetes Educator, and a community of type one diabetics just like you). Our experience doesn't simply provide you with accountability. We provide a high-touch, high-level support system that extends far beyond the traditional approach to managing type one diabetes. Inside of this coaching container, you'll find foundations beyond what you learned at diagnosis, step-by-step strategies, and a community here to support you through any scenario. Keeping it 100 provides the experience that any type one diabetic needs along their journey.
To keep the program intimate, we max the group to 15 participants at a time. This allows us to give you individual attention and serve you to my fullest capacity.
Inside this coaching experience, you are welcome to participate in how many or how little calls you'd like (however, we encourage you to take advantage of the full support).
Weekly Mastermind Calls: 60-75 minutes/weekly
1:1 Coaching Sessions: 45 minutes/biweekly
Group Data Reflection Sessions: 30 minutes/weekly
Video Trainings: Self paced
All calls are recorded and uploaded into our video library for you to watch if you cannot attend a call live!

As a member of Keeping it 100, you are fully equipped with unbeatable support that you won't find in any other diabetes-focused experience. Inside of this coaching container, you are fully supported by two coaches - myself and registered dietitian/CDE Jessica Cook. We make sure that you are given the best quality of information and stay in integrity with the experience we provide.
Inside the experience, you are supported with high-level accountability throughout the entirety of the eight weeks. That being said, you are invited into at least two calls per week.
This includes:
- Weekly Mastermind Group Calls
- Biweekly 1:1 Strategy Sessions with Lissie
- Weekly Group Data Assessment Sessions with Jessica
Between calls, you are never left unsupported. You will have access to our Slack messaging container where you will have the ability to ask questions and get feedback 24/7.
