  • Weekly Group Strategy Calls with Lissie and Jessica: Every week we'll be guiding you through our four step method helping you lower your A1C, find more predictability in your blood sugars and cultivating confidence in everyday decision making with T1D.
  • Weekly Data Assessment Calls: We recognize the importance of confronting the data - not as a report card - but as a means of creating impactful decisions and changes for the upcoming week. Inside of these calls, we'll support you in identifying critical patterns for breaking barriers in your everyday blood sugar management and setting action points to create positive change.
  • Bi-Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls: Inside of your coaching calls, you and Lissie will create a blood sugar strategy specific to your lifestyle, management and goals. Your support should be specific to you, that's exactly what you get here.
  • 1x Nutrition Intensive with Jessica Cook RD/CDE: We're not about meal plans and restrictions. Here, we're about making the foods you love work for you. You'll leave your nutrition intensive feeling confident taking on new foods and fueling your body in a way that feels good for you.
  • 24/7 Slack Support: Inside of Keeping it 100 we make sure that you never go unsupported. In between calls, you can ask questions, celebrate your wins and interact with the community anytime you need!

Meet Lissie, an Integrative Diabetes Health Coach, blood sugar strategist, and creator of the Needles and Spoons Health & Wellness Coaching Experiences. Lissie helps overwhelmed Type One Diabetics gain more predictability in their blood sugars so they can finally take their plans off hold. From Taking her own A1C from a 7.1 to a consistent 5.7 and bringing her Ulcerative Colitis into remission, Lissie brings step-by-step holistic health strategies to the T1D community. Lissie's signature 360 degree approach to coaching creates a proactive space in taking you from confused to confident in your blood sugar management.
